View, change or cancel your subscription

You can easily view, change or cancel your subscription to Hippo through the app or through the iTunes Store.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, I'm sorry to see you go. I'd love to know what drove that decision. Please send me a short note so I can improve the app.

Via the app

  1. Go to the settings screen and tap 'Manage subscriptions'.
  2. The iTunes Store subscriptions page will open.
  3. Tap on the Hippo subscription you want to change or cancel.
