By accessing our app, Hippo, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Hippo. The materials contained in Hippo are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Hippo is billed on a Subscription basis. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
We might offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time.
If you enter your billing information when getting a subscription with a free trial, you will not be charged on your Apple ID account until within 24 hours prior to the end of the free trial. Payment for the subscription will be charged unless the subscription is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
At any time and without notice we can modify the terms and conditions of the free trial offer.
At any time we can modify the subscription price. A change in subscription price will be come effective at the end of the current subscription period. We will notify you within a reasonable time of a change in price to give you an opportunity to cancel your subscription before the change becomes effective.
In no event shall Studio Skipper or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Hippo, even if Studio Skipper or a Studio Skipper authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Studio Skipper may revise these terms of service for its app at any time without notice. By using Hippo you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
